Legacy WB rates? No probably not. NB rates? Why not? Just so we are clear in the last year the company decided to give new hires a 25% raise and comp hotels during training. Then another 17% raise, then a 35k bonus, then another 10% raise and upped the bonus to 50k. So now not only is our first year rate “touching” legacy pay rates, it’s obliterating them. Aim higher.
