Its funny to see everyone thinking that F9 will touch new Legacy pay rates. Look at the last negotiation…Frontier was said not NOT be comparable to Legacy’s. I don’t think that has changed but you can plan to be compared to Allegiant and Sunny in any negotiation. All this talk is the same it was last time and see how that turned out? Just temper your expectations now because the company is perfectly fine underpaying and having high turnover in the 3-5 year range.
Legacy WB rates? No probably not. NB rates? Why not? Just so we are clear in the last year the company decided to give new hires a 25% raise and comp hotels during training. Then another 17% raise, then a 35k bonus, then another 10% raise and upped the bonus to 50k. So now not only is our first year rate “touching” legacy pay rates, it’s obliterating them. Aim higher.
