Doubtful though. Nov class saw it hit their accounts several days into Indoc. Since the offer was pre-employment and signed prior to starting (they were real particular about getting it signed and returned prior to a certain day, well in advance of the first day of class). Signed and offered prior to hire date so I think it’s obvious the intent was pre-employment. Not a defense of the “bonus,” just saying it’s obvious that argument would have no legs to stand on.
