Yup, I did something similar at every employer change but certainly not the depth that this person is and it was completely useless a year or two in each time.
Just do what we did, but save yourself some time. Just make it all up, skew it on the good side and then watch it all change. Either way it changes, at least this way it didn’t take any time to create.
