I initially applied in October of last year. They emailed me on January 5th saying that hiring was closed for last year applications. They sent me an application to fill out for this year. I reapplied and sent it and 5 min later got an email saying to schedule a phone screen. My phone screen was on January 11th and my tech and HR interviews were on January 26th. I do have an internal recommendation as well btw
