I'm definitely not a fan of the media's tendency to blow some aviation events out of proportion. However, a go around because an aircraft took longer than expected to "expedite" their takeoff and made a second aircraft on final go around isn't the same thing as BOS where a Learjet took off without clearance through an intersection that a landing aircraft was potentially going to occupy at the same time. Those don't happen "all the time" and should be considered a very big deal, IMO.
