I hear that, but whats interesting is I know of several well qualified (not weird) pilots that got TBNTs recently. Pilots with CJOs at other majors.
Its possible they were a better fit at those CJO airlines for one reason or another.
I've been at SWA over 6 years and don't think I'd be a good fit at Delta...and being well qualified has nothing to do with it.
