Definitely still clearing the backlogs and on some fleets, 76 in particular, I don't think the new hires from last year will be cleared until mid-year if not slightly later. We're 62 days into the year and 76 resignation YTD, so that should speak for its self, unless of course there is a reduction in fleet size or demand.

Why the change ?
Given the above backlogs and the aussies with CJO's yet to be given a start date and there still are plenty of Americans applying for jobs then it goes without saying further aussie recruitment will take a backseat until either, or both of those statements are no longer true.

Last year it seemed to be a case of "get them through the door" to get the numbers where they wanted them and now only time will tell what will happen going forward.

I dare say once the dust settles post May things may be a lot clearer.

Recruitment definitely hasn't stopped, the new start classes are still happening and there is a good mix of people in every one of them.
