What does QOL mean to you? 73N goes more junior currently so you can hold a line right away, but it is afraid of Texas. The 320 flies all over Texas with, as you’re aware, several flights a day to/from Austin. The 73N cockpit is as uncomfortable as they say, whereas the 320 was actually built with a pilot in mind.

If QOL means comfort, home layovers, and deadheads to/from AUS, the 320 is a great choice. If you want to bid with ~15% more seniority in category for better line construction, 73N is better (for now).
