We also went with M+ in large part because they allowed us to customize it. If I had to guess, we probably customized it so much it that it has had a negative effect to its usability.
It also could be that our current dispatch output is so archaic that we needed extreme customization to get it to fit. Like fitting a square peg into a cheese grater.
