DP flyers must take most of the responsibility.
If you can't see that hard parameters (with significant pay penalties for block above those hard parameters) are the key to the end state that both you and I want, I won't be able to change your mind.
Our current DP generation process involves both statistics and opinion at the SIG. It's the opinion piece that creates the dissention in the ranks. After all, we all have different opinions. As a result, our current DP process is flawed, even though it is all we have. The company probably knew it was flawed when they agreed to it. We are just begining to understand. A good question is how do we get there from here, no necessarily what do we have to give up.
