Our current DP generation process involves both statistics and opinion at the SIG. It's the opinion piece that creates the dissention in the ranks. After all, we all have different opinions. As a result, our current DP process is flawed, even though it is all we have. The company probably knew it was flawed when they agreed to it. We are just begining to understand. A good question is how do we get there from here, no necessarily what do we have to give up.
If you can't see that the company isn't going to give us the hard parameters we both want I will not be able to change your mind. Can we negotiate for them, yes but it will cost us a he!! of a lot more because we have a very small percentage of the population that refuses to see they are stabing the SIG in the back.
