I believe gojet just announced today a $135k DEC bonus. Why stay at Mesa for a lousy 10k upgrade, when you can go to Gojet, get 135k, and still be in the aviate program?
Or go to Frontier, get a $50k bonus, and get seniority at a more stable airline?
Or go to endeavor and get a $150k bonus and a better-than-aviate guaranteed flow to Delta?
Or go to an Acmi - ABX, western global, Omni air international?
Dosnt make sense for force. People will leave in droves. Everyone is desperate for 1k hour pilots now.
How is the delta flow program better than the united when you only have to fly 1600 hours as pic and wait for four months to flow vs deltas where you flow when your number is next?
