There’s a specific date you had to have already owned SAVE to get the agreed price from B6. You can’t just buy it now and get that price later, that was part of the deal they made. Not sure about the other particulars though.
So if I buy 1,000 shares of SAVE right now at $17, what will it be worth if/when the merger closes?
