Go to where you can live in base. If you want to move to a DAL base, then go there. If you are happy with AA and live in base.... stay put. Currently DAL has a better contract, but AA will have a new contract soon enough.
You'll make good money at any legacy/major....but living in base makes all the difference.
Being a career commuter isn't worth a slightly better contract in my opinion.
