Seniority is everything, get it while you can.
As long as people continue to go to companies with sub-standard pay that treat their employees like crap, then those companies will
continue to pay sub standard and treat people like crap. Seniority is very important, but not at the expense of your own QOL/pay and the QOL/pay of others around you.
