I'm a Delta guy but as a reference our AIP was announced on 12/2/22 and the contract signed on 3/2/23 or exactly 90 days. I'm not sure that can be much faster if at all.
from AIP to TA
10 days at the most as the union said most verbiage is done
15 days review by the MEC and if they approve it ( as per policy manual )
30 days road shows if not less
then 15 to 20days voting period as it was with LOAs and extensions in the past ( min time required as per policy manual)
DOS will be 55 to 60 days after the AIP announced
