A Strike Vote, while IMPORTANT, is just another tool in the box. But it needs to come AFTER we request mediation.
I also believe that we will need to request Mediation if we don't have an Honest & Fair, Industry Leading Contract '23 (AIP/TA) by the Investor Relations conference where we learn our 1st Quarter results. If SK and team don't step up, then WE need to use EVERY PR tool in our box to make sure Investor, the public and especially Potential Hew Hires understand the "culture" here.
