The fact that you think an impasse is when “progress is no longer being made” and then it’s off to the NMB for cooling off and then release is laughable. The mediator decides when the parties are at an impasse and I don’t believe AR and our culinary attorney will be as convincing and persuasive as jerrry glass, FH and the company’s hired guns.
for our purposes being stuck in mediation will achieve the same result as a strike. She can ice us all she wants but that’s the last thing the company wants or can handle. From the inside I can tell you our pilot pipeline can not sustain our current 4% growth schedule and the current level of attrition. We have already told investors that we have cleans up IROP cost that totaled over 130mill last year… if Eva ices us expect IROPs to top 200-300mill this year and stock to half itself after Q2 or Q3 earnings call.
