I did all of my flight training PPL-CFI (except MEL) at PAVCO out of KTIW in Gig Harbor, WA. I definitely like their operation. Their instruction is great, the maintenance is top-notch and their prices are competitive. I HIGHLY recommend them. The pace was as fast or slow as I wanted to go. I didn't do my multiengine rating at PAVCO because they didn't have a dedicated instructor at the time. I did my multi at Acuwings out of Renton. They did the job at a good price but I was not 100% comfortable with them.

For primary I would take PAVCO because of the combination of price and quality.
