Find the employee who is the most junior lineholder and then look their employee number up on the seniority list in mydaily. Only like 3 or 4 slots senior to the most junior lineholder is the most senior reserve and they are a 7/2021 hire. For whatever reason, only like 3 pilots hired between summer 21 and summer 22 stuck around IAD. Last month the junior lineholder was only a couple slots more senior, that's why the change seems so drastic
