United is like Starbucks coffee. Kirby promotes our brand as if it’s the best out there hoping that if people hear it often enough they will start to believe it. At the end of the day, our brand is not bad, but you can currently get a much better cup of coffee in Atlanta.
I ride the Atlanta brand weekly, I disagree, it’s the same as we are. Wait for gates, wait for jetway driver, hit or miss experience in back. Very nice crews, top notch to non revs, but only difference is uniform color.
