If you want WB flying United is an absolute no-brainer. If you want to live in a specific base that American or Delta are big in, go there.
If Houston is the goal, You can IAH 737 in a couplep

Our working conditions are not that much worse than delta… And they are definitely better than Americans. A lot of people are trying to get themselves very indignant to emotionally prepare for a drawn out Contract negotiation. The truth of the matter is, life is very good at United, but we do have good leverage, and need to use it appropriately in this round of negotiations.
