Anyone who makes a 25+ year career decision based on a current contract is an idiot. United will get a contract and we will be paid more than DL until they snap up then AA will be paid more than all of us and we will all snap up and be relatively the same +\- some work rules.

I wish I could be surprised by how short sighted pilots can be. These reserve rules everyone says are worse than regionals? Yeah we could have fixed those 8 years ago…….
