By no means the best, but there is a line of acceptability and I feel we are under it. Mainly with our gate agents, but also ground staffing. I can't imagine using the little bit of extra money each month on better quality/quantity resulting in less delays and better customer service being not worth it. Hopefully keeping the CEOs means they keep hiring and upgrading like they were last year
I agree.
Attrition is your frenemy currently. I believe there would have been more upgrades had the attrition not been so awful last month. However it does mean your seniority will skyrocket as people in front of you leave. And it should be better for a quicker contract. Remains to be seen there.
