The pilots on EDV seniority list are owned and operated by Delta the same as the pilots on the Delta seniority list, we just have two separate contracts. Delta doesn’t own and operate all other carriers . EDV is not an outsource. The Delta pilots , FA’s , etc. that were flying Delta aircraft with “Song” painted on a “ Delta” 757 and was on a separate certificate owned by Delta were not outsourced. Same situation as endeavor. I believe “Song” pilots had a different contract as well.
