Those are all details that the folks sharper than me could figure out. Allow stapled guys to take an upgrade in the meantime on same equipment.
They would immediately be under the Delta PWA when stapled, so would the aircraft, so that would be a concession of several sections on our part. Contractually, they have to add the CRJs first under an AE for all current Delta pilots. Say there was an LOA locking those pilots, it creates a seniority inversion.
