You will work harder but be more comfortable on the 320 (more legs/day.) You will be less comfortable but enjoy transcons and the occasional all-inclusive beach layover on the 737. Pick your poison.
It should be noted that this will continue to change as more neo’s are delivered. Starting this June and continuing into the fall, nearly all of JFK-SAN/LAS/SEA/PHX transitions onto the neo.
