I Don’t think it’s my job, (nor any other line guys job) to convince people to stay. Should be the companies, via better pay, schedule etc. ( and no ones leaving because of what your talking about)
Also not jaded or mad when I see a wet atp get hired here, I don’t think most people are. I DO think it’s funny when they start to get mad if the phone isn’t ringing an hour after they apply.
