In my short time on the line of only a few months, I have flown with/met quite a few who have expressed the only reason they're still here is to keep their seniority in hopes for a merger.
Not gonna lie. I’m out the door in a week but a part of me was wondering if I should stay for those reasons. But unfortunately being in my late 30’s I feel as though I can’t relay on rumors.
