Don't hesitate! Everything is B S until it's done. Rumors from management about mergers or acquisitions are nonsense, but effective, you initially felt like staying, no?. We are losing pilots fast, and they know it. However, they are just waiting for their managed program pilots to kick in at a larger scale and probably won't hire off the street pilots going forward in the distant future, unless they just need to fill a gaps here and there. IMO.
