If it's the latter what will get you PIC hrs quicker or hrs for that matter. Not sure how much you can fly at avelo but I bet you can fly as much as you want at envoy and upgrade quicker.
End goal is to ultimately get to a legacy/Southwest.I have friends at Envoy, and they’re sitting airport reserve, and flying 40 hours max a month.
