Best chance at staying close to home if working for Spirit for the duration of a career is hoping for a new base, whether it's EWR, PHL, or BWI.
Yea, very senior on the captain side. I upgraded in another base. But Spirit allows out-of-base pickups, so when you hold a line you can drop trips and pick up from whatever base you like. Once I hold a line in my base I'll likely drop trips and pick up from AC.
