I think most airlines do incapacitated pilot training. I think all we did in initial was a cat3 where the Ca didn’t respond and we landed.
Hopefully we get some real training on these situations in the future.
There are plenty situations where one pilot continued and landed when the other became incapacitated.
But it is nice to have another pilot run the radio while the FO is under stress. A second set of eyes and ears are good.
