yes very. We keep hiring pilots for airplanes we can’t seem to take delivery of. In just about 13 years here I’ve never seen us so over staffed. Plus if you saw my two month grown beard you’d realize how serious I am😅😭🤑
You meant the first time they have been properly staffed. Not suppose to run an airline on reserves. Reserves are exactly as the name indicates. Now the effiency on how they use reserves is abysmal.
