BUT the category is small enough that time to hold will jump around a lot. One guy gets divorced, another guy moves to EWR because his kid starts college, etc ... or maybe they don't

Also .... the junior guy corresponds more or less with the post-covid hiring binge. It could take two years to get six months further along the hire list.
