I'm kind of surprised DAL and AA haven't added contingency clauses to their flow agreements stating pilots need to have X-amount of PIC at their respective regional partner before they're eligible to flow.
Anybody know if attrition has slowed or stopped at EDV since the pay raises went through?
I’ve heard that attrition by pure numbers has gone down but that they are a smaller pilot group (and continuing to shrink) so by a percentage basis their attrition is probably unchanged.
