Wjy do we expect THIS company (mgt) to enforce anything associated with professionalism, pride, etc. The fact is that WE the labor force should enforce it - or at least pull a guy/gal aside and tactfully request that they do better. It’s not a scolding, it’s mentorship and age has nothing to do with it.

The reason why we have people looking like clowns is because we don’t say anything. The reason why we have this pay scale and contract is because WE (not the union leadership) voted it in.
