I am at the end of my career and fully expect to retire in the next 2-3 years, and fortunately I married a wonderfully successful wife so I don't need this deal. I just feel expectations of our leadership have gone too far because of recent events, and furthermore I genuinely believe pursing those expectations could cost the pilot group quite dearly if these negotiations drag on into next year or beyond.
You are way off. There has been almost no progress on sick time (HUGE), LTD (HUGE), PROFIT SHARING (HUGE).
Those are just a few.

You ok with giving away that 5% LOA BS?? It was supposed to be completely Independent and the company isn't treating it as such.
These items are extremely important. I realize you are a short timer and want yours now. And by the way , we would get all this from the NMB.
