Man that's really depressing. My career aspirations have always been to be a Captain on a Widebody, but it seems that it will never happen and what makes it more frustrating is that it's out of my hands and there's nothing I can do about it. I'll never be a CA on a 787 here at United and I'll never be a CA in MCO which is my preferred base. Same deal over at Delta, I'll never be a WB CA either. Not sure what the timeline is like at AA, but I'm sure it's similar. That's really depressing to have no chance of having the career I want or live where I want as a CA.
