The level of overall degradation and compromise I've seen in 63+ pilots is insane. Whether it's long time complacency, can't hear anything, missing radio calls, refusal to admit any fault or participate in CRM, it's all terrible.

Anyone voting for this is either in the above category and selfishly voting for their own monetary gain or totally clueless. This will significantly compromise aviation safety.
