Great question, yeah seems like a pay increase wouldn’t only apply to captains at an airline but somehow JSX made a new pay increase that only applied to captains. JSX is going downhill, everyone is leaving fast. These “pay increases” aren’t enough to keep people here. And they showed how little they care about our pilots. Big slap in the face for FO’s. Not enough pay for Captains too. They increased the amount of flying per flying day as well, so this pay increase doesn’t do much. We are doing 11 hour days consistently out of Dallas and multiple day overnights. QOL is not what it used to be. Go anywhere else if you’re looking at coming here.
