Both AA and DL are competitors so I doubt Delta would make a sale, or AA allow AWAC to back out of their contract without paying a heavy price. I doubt this rumor.
I doubt it too, just speculating how it serves delta to allow AWAC to buy Endeavor.
The heavy price is why AWAC buys Endeavor, which sounds like a little fish buying a bigger fish, but you unload the equity out of AWAC and into endeavor and let AA be creditor to a BK AWAC .
