Yes it would be foolish to bid non-sfo widebody

Primary reason is that you can bid to 777 or 787 from anything else. Whichever has sfo first you will get.

If you bid 777 or 787 you then are locked into that airframe. Possibly minor/zero difference but still

6 months on a NB learning the system would do you good also
