Wow, to make sure I'm not conflating two answers, they will give you that 4 days for death, and sick days per person in your family, year after year and it doesn't come out of your sick time bank?

Can you clarify who exactly is covered as far as family/extended family with such a generous policy if it is indeed as I (maybe incorrectly ) inferred?
