Do the Switcheroo. Bid BOS or LGA. Once hired put in a bid for ORD and you'll have it before you get to the sim. Quality of life, schedules, reserve times are MUCH better on the EMJ. Having said that, the CRJ is a MUCH nicer airplane. I've been on both.
