Right now the LAX 320 is slightly more junior than the 73, but more importantly IMO is the LAX 320 base is a whopping 49 FO's. 737 has 262 FO's. So your QOL is going to be much better in the guppy since there will be more pilots to trade and drop trips with, plus much better trips. FWIW LAS 737 is the most junior category in the company, so if for some reason a vacancy like this one doesn't have LAX on it, LAS is right there for you.
