Why does WB tend to go junior in many new hire classes? I’m guessing I’m thinking about it all wrong because I’d assume WB would go senior but I’m obviously not wrapping my head around it the right way.
It goes junior because global reserve sucks. I love WB flying but chose NB because commuting to the coasts on global reserve would ruin me and my family.
