Yes, very likely since United has a habit of poaching Delta and AA WO pilots…. You also have folks who may have preferences and towards AA and DAL bases for one reason or another….

Folks aren’t making career decisions with a contract in mind when it comes to legacies.

You act as if United is on the level of ACMI and regional carriers when it comes to making career decisions based on contracts….. You also act as if United terrible…. If it’s that horrible, why did you choose to come or stay here in the first place?

Look here, United is far from perfect, but let’s not act as if AA or DL don’t have their issues either…. Folks are going to choose the carriers that best fit their lifestyle at the end of the day at this point.
