DEI is the company doing exactly that, but it’s not just conversation and debate among coworkers. It’s using corporate resources and possibly punitive policies to force the acceptance of one group’s opinion into the belief structure of others, and is culturally and corporately damaging, while diverting focus from the true nature of our business which is getting people from A to B safely.
