Exactly, and then we should stop honoring seniority when bidding vacation and monthly schedules. We can do it in the name of equity, or social justice.🙄
I was senior at Delta when the booking system started. It’s a great system for commuters regardless of seniority because it adds certainty to a commute. At Delta we were also able to secure positive space in back if bumped off a booked jumpseat for any reason going to work. It’s a good system even if your senior.
